Trenbolone Enanthate: known under the trade names TRENBOL DEPOT, TRENANT, TREMBOLONE ENANTHATE, TREMBOLONE 200. • Androgenic potential: 500 • Anabolic potential: 500 • Chemical name: 1. 17-beta-hydroxyestra-4,9,11-trien-3-one • Estrogenic activity: none. • Progestogenic activity: moderate. Description: • Pharmacokinetics similar to Testosterone Enanthate. • Interchangeable steroid with Parabolan (trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate). • Rapid peak concentration (up to 48 h), maintenance for approximately 2 weeks. • Introduced on the market in 2004 (British Dragon company) under the trade name Trenabol (200 mg/mL). Structure: • Modified form of Nandrolone by the addition of a C-9 and C-11 double bond (inhibits aromatization/increases affinity for the androgen receptor/reduces hepatic metabolism); and by the addition of an Enanthate Ester at the 17-beta-hydroxyl group (promotes slower release from the injected site). Administration: MEN • Bodybuilding/Sport: 200-400 mg per week, divided into 1-2 maximum weekly doses, in cycles for a period of 6-8 weeks. • Anabolic steroid that does not aromatize, promoting less retention. High androgenic potential, promoting increased muscle density. • The potency of this steroid is compared to that of Testosterone and Dianabol together. • In the mg/mg comparison, it is a more potent steroid than most non-aromatizable anabolic steroids. Although some question this because estrogen would also help increase body volume. • When used in a cycle, it “helps with gains”, and when used alone, “little gains”. • Associated use in the definition phase: addition of Winstrol or Primobolan (Stanozolol/Methenolone). • Associated use in the volume phase: addition of Deca-Durabolin or Boldenone • Bodybuilding/Sport: “lean gain” goals, generally with the addition of testosterone enanthate or dianabol (considered the “most powerful cycle for lean mass”). • As it has a moderate progestogenic activity, gynecomastia may occur and, in addition, the possibility of greater inhibition of the hormonal axis (low sexual libido) for this reason it is almost always used together with a testosterone.
